Encore Creations & Consulting is owned and operated by Nic Rogl. Nic has 16 years of experience in several different construction markets, and in all phases of construction. For the past 11 years, Nic has operated at a managerial level supporting teams in High End Custom Residential Building, Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, and Hospitality Projects all over the country. Nic's vision for Encore is to become a source of support and expertise to the existing businesses in the Flathead Valley area, rather than another competitor. In a world where it's becoming increasingly difficult to find experienced construction personnel, and stressful to maintain that employee full-time, Encore is a different approach to the same solution - ensuring the success of your projects, efficiency of your operations, and happiness of your clients!
